Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
Kulykivka municipality consists of 23 settlements. It has a very convenient location just 39 km from Chernihiv and 151 km from Kyiv, with excellent road and rail links connecting it to both cities. The local economy is mostly driven by farming, thanks to plenty of fertile land, but it also features thriving businesses in furniture making and food processing. The municipality boasts a solid social infrastructure, with local schools, hospitals, and sports facilities already working on energy-saving upgrades. For international partners, the municipality offers a welcoming and accessible environment for projects focused on infrastructure modernisation, digital tools, and local business growth.
