The municipality is actively implementing project management tools. A single project portfolio of public investments has been formed and a Development Strategy is being developed until 2027. This guarantees transparency in the use of funds and a clear understanding of the municipality's priorities.
The community is a long-term partner of the Swiss-Ukrainian project "Decentralization for the Development of Democratic Education"
The project is an example of successful cooperation between the Varva Village Council and foreign partners.The construction of the depot and the purchase of material and technical support are being carried out in partnership with the government of Germany through the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ). The scope of direct support from GIZ for the construction of the depot for the Local Fire Department is estimated at 40 million UAH. Special equipment and equipment: German partners (GIZ) have additionally allocated over 5.6 million UAH for the purchase of a modern specialized fire truck and another 3.1 million UAH for the temporary arrangement and equipment for the local fire department.
